I am looking to hire somebody to collect and ship to me 2 dozen palm-sized, rectangular Iberville Shale rocks (the typical gray with the white veining) from Lake Champlain.
Throughout my childhood, every year my family spent our summer vacations on Cumberland Head (Plattsburgh, NY) on Lake Champlain. We made this an annual tradition for 40 years, until my Aunt who owned a summerhouse there passed away.
I want to give these rocks as Christmas presents to my family members, to remind all of us of how much we treasured Lake Champlain and the many beloved summer memories we made there.
