Titled as a motorhome. Fully customized inside, has a 4 burner propane stove with oven, 3 way fridge ($5,000), microwave, tv, stereo, central AC and heat (even in the cargo bays). Seperate shower and bath, Cargo bays are $150 carpeted and padded. Has two suburban propane furnaces, propane hot water heater. Has 110 gallon fresh water tanks (in heated bay to keep from freezing in cold weather). Also grey, and dark water tanks for toilet/sink and is powered by rebuilt 8v71 Detroit diesel with a 4 speed spicer transmission. Runs excellent, I paid $20,000 but am only asking $8500. Scrap prices are way up, all 6160 aluminum alone is worth around $9500, #1 steel is around $3000, all glass around $10,000 plus another 750lbs of copper, engine $5000-$8000, spicer transmission $3500, shepard steering system $2500, But I dont want to scrap it because it is too nice. My loss is your gain, I also have 4 new tires to go with it.
