Used genuine leather in good/fair condition. The armrests on the single chair have noticeable wear and tear, though (pictured). On the 3 seater, there is a section on the armrest that needs to be stitched up (pictured as well). This 3 piece set is comfortable and still has years of life. We are selling it as we are replacing with a new set with a different configuration. Unbeatable deal ($200 firm) and you must be able to pick up and move on your own.
