Below is the AUGUST 2026 investment property update. It’s HOT, WAY HOT in good ole DFW. Inventory still high. Once through August, I typically start to see owners get more aggressive on price reductions to have it sold by end of year. We will see.
**If you are not seeing a property for sale in an area you want to be, I have been successful locating Off Market properties by mailers, contacting owner of properties currently for lease (if they would sell) and of course cancelled/expired listings. I am happy to do specific searches in areas you are wanting a property….
