We are a 20 year old successful residential and commercial painting company seeking a manager for our Collin County market.
You will go to homes or businesses where the customer has called in and requested that we come out and give them an estimate. Using our simple tablet based estimating system you will take some measurements, print a proposal, and present it to the decision maker. Should the customer choose to go with the proposal you will then order materials, schedule a start, and manage the project. We have project management in place to assist with project management.
Position is Commission based. There is no cold calling and there is no hard closing. 50% of our customers choose to go with us. Our average ticket is over $5000. Area managers average right at $100,000 per year income.
Position requires 2 plus years of strong sales experience, management, or customer service experience. We have several previous furniture salespeople that have found a new life, new freedom, and a greater income. Retail managers and customer service managers also tend to do very well.
