Newly remodeled exterior!
I fixed this home up for my daughter to live in while she attended nursing school at Western Michigan University. I spared no cost for her comfort and safety.
Everything new listed below…
1. Old roof demolished. New roof with overhang that act as gutters. The roof was completely rebuilt and reframed with new wood to have a peak and new insulation.
2. Old siding removed. New wood framing around the entire home with new insulation, new walls (solid boards), walls wrapped with insulation and then siding installed.
3. All new residential size security Pella windows! New framing around all the windows. New blinds. This home has a lot of windows!!! These windows are top of line and expensive. New drywall.
4. New residential size front and back doors. Solid security doors.
5. Laundry room reconfigured to accommodate new residential size door. All new pipes, framing, wood floor and drywall.
6. Pipes, heating source, and insulation upgraded so pipes will not freeze ever in the winter. New skirting.
7. New digital thermostat.
8. New AC Units.
9. New outdoor porch lights with motion detection and new electrical wiring.

This home is CLEAN and SOLID. Very cozy in the winter months. Heating bill is very inexpensive due to the extensive amount of demolition and remodeling done to the exterior/foundation of this home. Nothing to worry about. This home was rebuilt like a regular residential home. Nothing like a mobile home.
70k plus worth of renovations. Materials and labor are very costly. My loss, your gain.
The interior is the 1988 decor, however, that’s the easy and fun part to upgrade. Someone who is crafty and has an eye for interior vision could make this canvas what they envision. Just paint would do wonders.
