You must disassemble the arms/console part and move up 1 flight of stairs. Manual says 217 lbs so it will most likely require at least 2 people.

I cannot guarantee usability, but comes with extra (previously unneeded) motor and console units.
Comes from a home with cats and I completely cleaned & maintainanced it for myself within this past year, but never used it.
I will have it re-cleaned by time of pickup.
