For all your shoppers that come out US 40 and come to the covered bridge festival stop in and see this huge antique and decorator mall located at 5789 E. US 40 on the west outskirts of Plainfield they open daily from 10 to 5 and are open seven days a week. There’s also a great business in the red barn now called Room swap consignments .
Then just a little further down the road is the highway 40 Mercantile in Belleville, Indiana,
A great nostalgia Antique and home goods Boho clothing and Jewelry and an old fashion Candy counter display with lots of choices .
Hand made items as well .
Heading a
Few miles north of Belleville which you turn north at the Belleville stoplight and head a few miles into the town of Clayton you will see the large paintings on the building is Coppertop customs, which is another large two-story establishment with antiques architectural and home decor and Amish food goods and so much more .
Just make a day of it it’s so much fun coming out west there is also a tea room side of the Coppertop shop with homemade soups and sandwiches and all sorts of teas, lemonades and home made Desserts .
