We used with an executive desk (also selling) as stand alone units.
Not great finish (see pics). Color is sort of brown but leaning towards almost purple? Hard to describe. Sturdy though.
Selling for just $10 as I prefer to not throw it out. Don't ask a lot of questions, it is what it is. I'd rather just put it by the curb than answer tons of questions.
