Beautiful vintage wooden drafting table with a substantial trestle base, metal-trimmed work surface, and large semicircular cast-metal tilt mechanisms.
The underside retains stamped assembly instructions, a “MOISTURE SEALED” marking, and a date that appears to read JUL 17 1962—a wonderful detail connecting this piece to its working history.
Both the height and tabletop angle adjust, allowing it to serve as a flat worktable or an angled drafting surface. Broad A-frame legs, wooden cross supports, and a lower crossbar give the base its distinctive architectural shape.
Warm wood grain, aged metal, and a work surface full of character make this a beautiful addition to an artist’s studio, industrial loft, creative workspace, or vintage-inspired office. Ideal for drawing, painting, drafting, or displaying large artwork and portfolios.
Vintage condition with surface marks and wear consistent with age and use. Please see photos and video for details.
Pickup in Carnegie, PA. Table only; lamp sold separately.
