I figured out how to take it apart, tried some soldering, but I couldn't make it 100%. It still works but it basically only comes out full volume out of one ear (mono) and I need it in stereo for recording. Customer service was a waste of time.

I used it for both bass and guitar, and it does have some cool sounds, but I recently purchased a new amp that does it all.

If you use headphones, it will come out of one ear. If you have patience, then you can wiggle the cord until it sounds like it should, but it could move and then you start again. My loss, your gain. Comes with original packaging and manual, I lost the USB cord.
