The t-shirt and hat were giveaways at the Pittsburgh Pirates home game against the Milwaukee Brewers on April 22, 2010.

The result that day turned out to be the worst loss in franchise history to that date, a 20-0 loss.

It was also Earth Day, which is why the sponsor was Waste Management promoting going green. I believe the hat is made from recycled materials.

Both items are in like-new condition, having never been worn, with no tears, rips, stains, etc.
