Part Time and Full Time Work available with Weekend Availability necessary for ongoing work.
Food Servers take and deliver customer orders while coordinating with their coworkers to create desirable customer dining experiences with awareness and anticipation of Guest needs. Front of house employees maintain a polite and warm attitude, have timeliness, good recall and provide interface between guest preferences and kitchen production. Capable Food Servers are Tipped Employees and often have +$1000 in sales per all day shift. Banquet and Event work and Large Party Service Charges available to Food Servers that work well in coordination with others.
Bartenders mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales. Bartending is a high earning tipped position and additionally receives a % tip from dining checks.
Gelato Scoopers - Scoop and Serve Gelato Over the Counter, Maintain a Clean and Well Stocked Operating Environment, Operate Point of Sale. It is not uncommon for a gelato scooper to have $1000 in sales on an all day Saturday.
Bus Person - The busser contributes to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food.
Most New Hires start work as a Food Server and earn Bar Shifts based on performance and by earning trust.
