This machine has been stored under cover and has been very well cared for. The original orange finish and decals are in unusually good condition for an older SC2206.
Features:
ECHO Bear Cat SC2206
8.5 HP Briggs & Stratton engine
Chipper/shredder combination
Original owner's manual included
Original discharge screen included
Several chipper blades recently replaced
Axle/wheel recently replaced
Stored indoors/under cover
The machine was damaged during a previous use when an oversized piece of wood was put into the hopper, which damaged several of the chipper blades and bent the discharge screen. The damaged chipper blades have been replaced. The machine has otherwise been very well maintained.
A new carburetor was added in 2024. The 150 engine hours are an estimate. I use it every few years for a 6 to 8 hour day.
The original screen is included but is bent, as shown in the photographs. I am selling the machine as shown, and have provided detailed photographs so you can see its condition.
This is a substantially built Bear Cat machine and is considerably heavier-duty than many of the inexpensive residential chipper/shredders sold today.
LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Zip code 15228
Buyer is responsible for transportation/loading. Oil needs changed.
Please look carefully at all photographs. I am happy to demonstrate the machine running for a serious buyer.
This is out of warranty so I have to tell you I AM SELLING THIS AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
