Assistant Manager / Shift Manager – Pizza Restaurant & Bar
Pay: $25+++negotiable , depending on experience
Genoa Pizza & Bar in Downtown Pittsburgh is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager / Shift Manager to help oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff and coordinate kitchen, counter, and bar operations during assigned shifts.
* Keep service moving during busy periods.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
* Ensure food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
* Help train employees and maintain a productive team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an assistant manager, shift manager, or restaurant supervisor.
* Experience in a busy pizza restaurant and bar is strongly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable availability for nights and weekends as needed.
Compensation: $25+ per hour, depending on experience.
