One room in a three-bedroom complex in a beautiful, wonderful neighborhood. Three professional people and students share the unit. Two of them found job or go to business school. We need to have two students to replace them in the new college year. We like to have students or professional people share the rooms with us. The house close CMU and Chatham University on 8 buses line to Pitt, CMU, Squirrell Hill, east liberty businesses center and waterfront shopping center. Three people will share utility: gas, electricity, water, and Wifi, about $120 per month. We share kitchen, bathroom. The laundry is in the basement. Street free parking.
