Retails for $550
In excellent condition. We had it set up indoors, so it hasn't suffered from the weather. The only issue is that one of the two small elevated hutches (they can be seen towards the back on the linked website) is damaged. Selling because we are moving.
It is partially disassembled. The pieces can probably fit as they are in an SUV/van, but may need a little further disassembly upon pick-up.
