Due to the increasing difficulties of living solo, I've looked at how many Americans lived in the past and also at some other cultures where helping each other and living together made life easier. There are a few of us already helping each other in sharing costs. We aren't just looking for the standard roommate. Not one of those ads trading housing for "favors" either. If you don't have friends and family you can count on then maybe you can be our new friend. Tell us some about yourself and your situation in life. We will consider kids and/or pets. The amount of rent will depend on how much help you need and how much help you can provide to the team. Household chores, handyman tasks, giving rides to others, cooking, cleaning...all things that may help reduce rent. We are looking for quiet and drama free. The setting is basically country but close to cities and I-75.
