Hello! I have a 2 bed/2bath apartment in Pinellas Park and am starting my search to find the right person to share it with.
About the room and apartment complex:
*Rent - $850, plus water/trash & electric split in 1/2 (never more than $140 each once split) Internet is free until Aug. of next year
*I am the only person living here and am only looking for one other person to share the apartment with, no couples please
*The room is spacious (11x13), unfurnished, with a private, attached bathroom and a walk in closet
*Apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a screened in balcony, and a washer/dryer in unit
*The grounds have a lake, picnic tables, a grill, a pool, and a fitness center
*The entire property is non-smoking, including vaping, so if you're a smoker, it would need to be done off property
*No prior domestic, burglary, S/A or child abuse related charges - the complex and myself will run background checks
The Kind of Housemate I'm Looking To Live With:
*Work schedules are one of the most important non-negotiables for myself. I am seeking a 2nd shifter who strickly works evenings/nights (3-11s, 2-10s, etc).
I have found that working the opposite schedule makes living with another person much more comfortable because both parties get to enjoy their space and have their privacy regularly.
My last two housemates worked second shift, I work days, and this worked amazingly for us for years.
If replying, please include the specifics of what your work schedule is.
*Someone gainfully employed who has been with their current employer for at least 6 months and can provide pay stubs to show it.
Please be established here with a Florida drivers license and good recent employment history if responding.
*Good credit is not required, but a $800 deposit is.
*Cleanliness is something I value tremendously so if you are a person who tends to be a little sloppy or lax with keeping the common areas tidy, we will not be a compatible fit together.
*Lastly, I am open to living with a man or women, but lifestyle compatibility is more important to me in terms of how frequently each party wants to have guests over.
In my experience, extroverts should generally live with other extroverts, and introverts with other introverts, or huge incompatibility issues often arise.
I myself am a more quiet introvert that values home security and does not have people in my home very often.
I don't mind occasional guests being brought over responsibly, but if you are a highly social person whos lifestyle regularly involves bringing random hookups home or new people you hardly know, or you like to use your home as a social space to bring people over frequently, we will not be compatible as living partners.
I am looking for a fellow introvert like myself who also likes for their home to be a more peaceful safe space to unwind after work without a ton of strangers and foot traffic coming through often.
About Myself:
*I am a single 35yr woman with no pets, no children, who has been at my current job in Pinellas for 4 years now and loves the area.
*I am a responsible, keep to myself type, with a good head on my shoulders who values coming home to a clean, peaceful home.
*I work days full time at a shipping warehouse Monday-Friday and have weekends off. I'm usually home by 3:30 on week days but a few evenings out of the week I also delivery drive, so I work overtime nearly every week.
