Fortiq Design Build Develop is expanding, and we're looking for **experienced, skilled tradesmen who can get the job done without being babysat.**
We're not looking for helpers who need constant direction. We're looking for **self-starters, problem-solvers, and experienced craftsmen** who can take ownership of a project, work independently, and lead a crew when needed.
Our projects include **residential remodeling, commercial renovations, build-outs, general carpentry, and construction projects.**
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- **Experienced Carpenters & Remodelers** – Strong hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and general carpentry.
- **Your Own Reliable Vehicle & Tools** – You MUST have dependable personal transportation and your own tools to perform the work. We are NOT looking for individuals who need to be dropped off at job sites or show up empty-handed.
- **Self-Starters** – Ability to show up, understand the scope of work, organize your day, and get the job done without constant supervision.
- **Leadership Ability** – Capable of directing other workers, managing small crews, delegating tasks, and keeping projects moving efficiently.
- **Independent & Team Work** – Comfortable completing smaller jobs on your own or leading and working alongside a crew on larger projects.
- **Professionalism** – Clean-cut appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with homeowners, customers, subcontractors, and management.
- **Quality & Productivity** – Take pride in your craftsmanship while understanding the importance of deadlines, efficiency, and getting jobs completed correctly the first time.
- **Dependability** – Show up on time, ready to work, and take responsibility for your work.
