Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
MC Gutter Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing gutter installation team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company that values its employees.
What You'll Do
- Install seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts on residential homes
- Work from ladders and safely at various heights, including two-story homes
- Assist with measuring, cutting, installing, and finishing gutter systems
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Work as part of a team while maintaining a clean and professional job site
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn the gutter installation trade and develop your skills over time
Requirements
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Must be willing and able to climb and work from two-story ladders
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Good attitude and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well with a team
- Must be willing to learn and grow with the company
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying materials and equipment
- Previous gutter, roofing, siding, or general construction experience is a plus
