Storybook Cafe is looking for a reliable, experienced cook to join our team. Must have experience preparing both breakfast and lunch. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare breakfast items, including eggs cooked to order, omelets, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches.
* Prepare lunch items, including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and daily specials.
* Follow recipes and maintain consistent portions, quality, and presentation.
* Keep up with orders during busy service.
* Complete food prep and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Work well with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Qualifications:
* Previous breakfast and lunch cooking experience required.
* Comfortable using a grill, flat top, and fryer.
* Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
* Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
* Must be available to work weekends.
