This ice cream dipping cabinet can hold up to 3 gallon ice cream cans on display through the extra low glass, and can hold 4 gallon more underneath in its storage!! A lovely piece of equipment. This was used for about 2 years at my restaurant and bar, but has since been untouched in storage.
