We are a pet-friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. Pet rent is $45 per month for one pet and $80 per month for two pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $500 for one pet or $700 for two pets. Please note that we do have breed restrictions on dogs. Restricted breeds typically include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, and any mix of these breeds. For full details or questions about specific breeds, please contact the office.

2.5 times the rent
