KODI Distributing is an established online retailer specializing in intimate-wellness and adult products. We ship customer orders throughout the United States and internationally.
Because employees will regularly handle, organize, and package adult products, applicants must be at least 18 years old and comfortable working professionally with intimate-wellness merchandise.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to help receive inventory and accurately pick, pack, label, and ship online customer orders.
This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. The right candidate takes attendance seriously, works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, communicates clearly, and understands that every team member’s work affects our customers and the rest of the operation.
WORK SCHEDULE
• Monday through Thursday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Fridays and Saturdays alternate weekly
• Example: Work Friday one week, then Saturday the following week
• The 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift applies to each scheduled workday
Applicants must be available for the complete schedule, including alternating Saturdays. Consistent attendance and arriving on time are essential requirements of this position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick the correct products and quantities for online customer orders
• Pack orders carefully, securely, and discreetly
• Print and apply accurate shipping labels
• Prepare completed orders for scheduled carrier pickup
• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and put away incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate product quantities and warehouse locations in Sellercloud
• Process shipments and online orders using ShipStation
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
• Organize pick bins, overstock inventory, shelves, and packing materials
• Help keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Follow established procedures for order accuracy, inventory control, and shipping
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be comfortable professionally handling intimate-wellness and adult products
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation to our Phoenix warehouse
• Ability to pass a background check
• Basic computer and email skills
• Comfortable typing and entering information accurately
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to safely use a step ladder and place inventory on warehouse shelving
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• At least one year of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience
• Experience picking, packing, labeling, and shipping online orders
• Experience receiving and putting away inventory
• Familiarity with Sellercloud, ShipStation, or similar inventory and shipping software
