I am a retired MS/HS teacher, and refurbishing vintage electronics to supplement incomes. All of my units are fully tested, cleaned both inside and outside, all pots and swatches are cleaned with 90% rubbing alcohol and lubricated.
The unit has a new belt, power-supply, and a styles. There is a stretch on the dust cover due to the age.
