Pre-owned (1970-80s) ... original - Gooseneck Webbing Stretcher tool ... produced by the C.S. Osborne & Co. (Harrison, NJ) ... this tool is used in upholstery - to pull & stretch jute or synthetic webbing tight - against wooden frames.

VG condition! ... easy use for right or left-hand leverage ... measures approx. (10" x 4") ... has (6) steel teeth for gripping webbing securely, a ribbed rubber pad & wooden handle ... minor surface rust on metal goosneck arm.
