The Rooted Table is a Sunday gathering for women, live on Zoom. Each week, Aethel, a spiritual teacher and coach, shares one teaching from her own work: nervous system governance, sacred desire, the frequency of abundance, the return to truth, and more. Each one is about being a woman and coming home to yourself.
We close with a short spoken practice, said together.
It’s a room, not a webinar. It’s held with presence, respect, and clear boundaries, and you’re met as you are.
You don’t need to have it figured out. Bring what’s true for you this week. You’ll leave with something to practice that same week.
