Special Services Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Central Phoenix (servicing commercial properties throughout the Valley)

4 nights per week
Four 10-hour overnight shifts

About the Position
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Special Services team. This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining the appearance of commercial properties through parking lot sweeping, scrubbing, pressure washing, detailed property cleaning, and other exterior maintenance services.

Responsibilities
Operate parking lot and street sweepers at commercial properties throughout the Phoenix metro area.
Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, dumpster areas, parking garages, and other surfaces.
Complete detailed property cleaning, including removal of debris, stains, gum, oil, and other contaminants.
Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow assigned service routes and customer schedules.
Inspect equipment before and after each shift and report maintenance needs.
Maintain equipment in clean, safe, and operating condition.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Deliver high-quality service while maintaining company safety standards.
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and customer needs.
Experience operating equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
Clean criminal background.
Ability to work overnight (3rd shift).
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
