Studio is full length of the house. Had previously been a sun room then we converted it into a studio. Everything is brand new. Full size kitchen w appliance's and full size restroom . It's in a secured yard . The padlock is always on the front gate so you don't have to worry about anyone knocking on your door or your place being broken into. The rent includes all utilities and wifi. We're home almost all the time day and night. Both retired. So we'd prefer someone who was quiet and respectful and not a lot of traffic. It's very nice and well taken care of. Has vaulted ceilings and a bracket on the wall to hang a television as to not take up floor space. The crossroads are 7th St and Union Hills area.
