Specks needs a home (Downtown Phoenix)

This is Specks. He's a male puppy, under a year old, small (under 20 pounds) — a Chihuahua / small mixed breed / Australian Cattle Dog mix. He's sweet, playful, smart, and full of energy.
I'll be honest: he needs more than I can give him. He is not potty trained yet, he chews like puppies do, and he can be scared of new things at first. He needs a patient person with the time to train him every day. He sleeps in his crate at night — he cries a little, then settles down. I'm not sure if he's had his shots yet.
He comes with his washable puppy pads, bones, calming diffusers— everything I have for him.
