Utilities and internet are covered in the rent price. Shared kitchen and bathroom. There is currently one covered parking spot for the apartment. Permanent guest spot parking is available for $15/mo., but there is also convenient street parking next to where the apartment is. The complex has a pool and gym. Near public transportation, shops, the 17 and 101.
About myself: I am a pretty laid back person who spends my time at the apartment engaged in some of my nerdy hobbies like gaming, watching stuff, online, on my phone, hanging out with my cat, or working. I do sometimes work from home, so you may hear me working from my room. I am a pretty open and honest guy and would expect the same from anybody rooming with me. Just be chill, honest, and genuine and we'll get along. Oh, and my cat will eventually want to hang out with you, so if you love cats, you'll feel at home.
