Self Storage Assistant Manager. Two positions available. One in North Phoenix and one in the South Valley. Both are part time positions, however the North Phoenix location has the possibility of becoming full time. 32 hours per week South Valley position is 16-24 hours per week.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager to help customers find the right storage solution while keeping our property clean, organized, and welcoming. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Help customers select and rent the storage unit that best fits their needs
Follow up promptly with leads and convert inquiries into rentals
Recommend and sell moving and packing supplies
Collect payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term tenant relationships
Keep the office, restrooms, storage units, and grounds clean and well maintained
Complete basic administrative tasks and use our management software to maintain customer records
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys talking with people and isn't afraid to ask for the sale
Has previous sales and customer service experience
Works well independently and takes ownership of daily responsibilities
Is dependable, organized, and professional
Is comfortable using a computer for email, payments, and basic office software
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional property

Physical Requirements
This position requires periods of sitting and standing throughout the day. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and preparing storage units for new customers. You also may be asked to be on property, doing property checks, lock checks, picking up trash and debris, and cleaning units.
