It's a gorgeous home, with a giant, fecund front yard and an even bigger backyard with a flower garden and a HOT TUB. You would be renting one of the rooms and will share the kitchen and living room. Washer/dryer are in unit.
The house is close to EVERYTHING — In-N-Out, Target, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Fry's, LA Fitness. If you can name it, it's within walking distance (if you're into that sort of thing). Very close to the 51 freeway, near the Camelback Colonnade and three (3) nearby hospitals.
1. This is only for those interested in moving into a fully furnished house, which is currently open.
2. This is a shared space. Other people will be renting other rooms in the house. The rooms all have locks on the doors for everyone's comfort, and renters are screened and vetted. This means you must be comfortable in a shared housing environment.
3. Utilities are NOT included. Tenants split all utility bills evenly.
4. No pets. No couples. No exceptions. No need to ask.
The room is open to male or female roommates. Age is less important than maturity. Must be willing to share the space and keep things fun and simple. No drama. Bedroom comes fully furnished, all you need to bring is yourself!
(Note: There is an attached guesthouse in the backyard that is occupied. The guesthouse is not available and will not be made available. I'm mentioning it here only for awareness that someone else lives on the property.)
Must have first month + security deposit and good credit to move in. Credit report will be required along with lease. None of these conditions are negotiable. And if the ad is still up that means it's still available, so no need to ask. I look forward to hearing from you!
