Candidates must:
- be able to legally work in the United States
- have working and reliable transportation
- have a valid driver’s license
- have a working and reliable cell phone
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be open to work full time, Monday through Friday, 9-6ish
- be able to work on ladders all day
Ideal candidates will have:
- previous holiday lighting experience
- the ability to manage 2-6 other crew members (for crew lead position)
- experience working with boom lifts and bucket trucks
- an understanding of simple electrical components
- a “MacGyver” mentality to problem solving
Wages begin at $22-26+/hour depending on position, experience, and ability. Raises are given based on work ethic, abilities, and reliability. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. 32–40+ hours per week average between September and January with weekend, overtime, and overnight work available.
