I currently live in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house and have 2 rooms available. Looking for a clean, respectful, & responsible roommate who is comfortable sharing a home with others.
• 2 rooms available
• Shared full bathroom with 1 other tenant
• Furnished or unfurnished room options available
• Internet, Netflix & utilities included in rent
• Non-smoking property
• No weapons allowed
• Preferably looking for a male tenant
PARKING:
• A lot of street parking available
PET POLICY:
• No pets preferred
• Small dogs only may be considered
• Dog must be potty trained & non-shedding
• Any dog must meet my dog beforehand to make sure they get along
• Additional security deposit required for an approved pet
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• 6-month minimum lease
• After 6 months, lease is month-to-month
• First month’s rent + security deposit due at move-in
• Background check required
• If you decide to move out, 30 days’ notice is required
• Failure to provide proper notice may result in the security deposit being retained, subject to applicable law
• Room must be kept clean and in good condition; damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit, subject to applicable law
