We are a high-quality, honest roofing contractor installing the best roofing products with outstanding customer service. We take pride in our work and look after our team. We are looking for a roofing coordinator and project manager. At least one year in the roofing industry is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate roofing sales with roofing production.
• Contact homeowners to schedule roofing installations.
• Contact roofing subcontractors to install roofs that are coordinated with client schedules.
• Order materials and delivery schedule for roofing subcontractor installation.
• Bookkeeping at the end of each month showing a job-by-job performance.
Position Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of two years in the roofing industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, and a basic understanding of insurance claims.
• Negotiation: Getting quotes from suppliers for materials for each job.
• Tools: We use Roofr for our CRM, and you will need basic computer skills.
• Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, and physically able to climb ladders to inspect roofs.
Compensation - Let us know your desired starting salary - you will be part-time and on a trial basis for the first 30 days, switching to full time in early December.
