Pay: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses

We’re looking for someone to help lead several apartment communities.
What you’ll do:
Work with the manager at each property.
Visit the properties and help solve problems.
Check budgets, leasing, and how each property is doing.
Help teams keep the communities in good shape and take care of residents.
We’re looking for someone with experience managing apartment communities and leading teams.
