We're looking for someone to help lead several apartment communities.
What you'll do:
Work with the manager at each property.
Visit the properties and help solve problems.
Check budgets, leasing, and how each property is doing.
Oversee Section 42 compliance across the portfolio.
Help teams keep the communities in good shape and take care of residents.
Requirements:
Active Arizona real estate license.
Section 42 (LIHTC) experience, including income certifications, recertifications, and compliance files.
Experience managing apartment communities and leading teams.
