Established Phoenix property management company is seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, organized professional who can independently manage a residential portfolio while providing excellent service to property owners and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and property turns
Handle leasing, renewals, notices, and tenant concerns
Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and lease compliance
Conduct property inspections and assist with move-ins and move-outs
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Provide responsive, professional customer service
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Real Estate License required
Prior property management experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Arizona landlord-tenant laws and property management practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities independently
Comfortable working with property management software and technology
Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented
