We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential glass and glazing projects from planning through completion. Previous glass and glazing industry experience is required.
The ideal candidate understands glazing systems, can coordinate multiple projects, and communicates effectively with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and installation crews.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and installation coordination.
Review plans, specifications, and contracts to establish project requirements.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, warranties, and close-out documents.
Order and track glass, aluminum framing, and hardware to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with production teams, field installers, suppliers, and general contractors.
Monitor job progress, resolve issues, and ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the glass and glazing industry is a must.
Project management experience with storefronts, curtain walls, windows, doors, or related glazing systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
