I need a private lender for a 50k bridge loan to complete a real estate project.
I'm willing to give a 2nd mortgage collateral and 30% return. You get paid when the property sells.
I have a couple of projects available and with the right investor, I might even be willing to JV (partner up) and split the profits instead of a simple return.
