My passion for cooking started when I was a kid, watching my mother prepare incredible dishes\. Her cooking inspired me to pursue a career in the culinary arts and develop my own style\.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature, I traveled to China to study its rich culinary traditions and techniques under renowned Chef Shao Huan. I later attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu, where I further developed my professional culinary skills\.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
Most recently, I worked as a Sous Chef at Santa Clara University in California, where I helped manage daily kitchen operations and lead a team of approximately 60 employees during a seasonal position. My experience also includes high\-volume food service, pizza, catering, menu development, food safety, and kitchen leadership\.
I understand the importance of quality, consistency, organization, and working within a budget. Whether you want an elegant dinner, convenient meals prepared for the week, or delicious food for a gathering, I’ll work with you to create a menu that fits your needs.
I’m currently building my own culinary business here in Arizona. Outside the kitchen, I also enjoy giving back to the community by helping feed people experiencing homelessness.
