I'm not looking to have any long-term lease although I would like to have someone who would like to stay long term.
The Rent is 750 per month and that rate does include utilities. The room is private, but you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. It will have a shared kitchen and laundry too.
There's a 250-dollar security deposit and no other fees or deposits required. Depending on the move in date I will also offer prorated rent if you're looking to move in immediately.
I don't read my emails very often so calling or texting is easiest.
