Position Summary:
As a Powder Coater you’ll have the opportunity to expand your coating and prepping skills as you work on a variety of projects from custom artwork to large Architectural structures.
To be a successful employee you must have a professional work ethic, be comfortable adapting to change, and the ability to problem solve. Punctuality and professionalism are a must. We offer paid vacations and holidays as well as potential bonuses based on performance.
Employees must consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project!
Qualifications:
2 years experience in the powder coating industry preferred but not required. I need an applicator. I will pay up to $30.00 an hour for the right person
Our shop:
We know how important family time is so we work four 10 hour days Monday thru Thursday.
We use Gema and Nordson box fed and fluidized hopper systems. We recently installed a new spray booth. The booth is 12' wide x 14 ' tall x 16' long.
Our new oven will be 12 x 12 x 24 long. Our new Sandblast room will also be 10 x 14 x 18 We will be growing quickly, so we need dependable people to grow along with us!
Currently we are working with a reputable insurance company. Soon we will be able to offer benefits as well.
