📦 CHOOSE YOUR SETUP PACKAGE
You supply the furniture, TVs, mounts, smart lock, cameras, art, window coverings, rugs, bedding and decor. We bring the labor and tools. Each package is priced by bedroom count.
Every package includes:
• Unboxing everything and breaking every box down flat.
• Placing furniture to your design plan or photos, laying rugs, making beds with your bedding and placing your decor.
• Wire hiding on indoor drywall TVs that meet the TV conditions below.
• A workspace in every bedroom.
Standard desk: one-piece, freestanding desk (not a standing, L-shaped or wall-mounted desk) + 1 desk chair, assembled and placed, per bedroom.
Box removal is a separate add-on.
Studio / 1 BR package $1,795 · 2-person crew · 1–2 days
• Bedroom: queen bed, 1 nightstand, dresser, desk and chair.
• Living room: couch, coffee table and a pair of end tables.
• TV: 1 TV mounted with wires hidden on qualifying indoor drywall.

📺 TV MOUNTING AND CORD OPTIONS
Hidden inside the wall: indoor drywall only, with a working outlet within 6 ft of the TV, not above a fireplace.
On-wall cord covers: we bring white or off-white covers for drywall; for any other wall color, or wood- or bamboo-look walls, you provide matching cover strips (sold online) and we install them.
No wire hiding on stucco, brick, stone, block or tile walls, or for ceiling-mounted TVs.
Ceiling mounts: we don't bring them; have yours there and we'll install it.
TVs above a fireplace: we mount them, but wires can't be hidden there.

📅 RESERVING YOUR CREW AND PAYMENT
A 20% deposit holds your date.
One-day setup: the full remaining balance is due on Day 1.
Multi-day setup: 75% of the remaining balance is due on Day 1; the final 25% of the remaining balance is due on Day 2.
Zelle or cash: no fee.
PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, a secure checkout link, or card by phone (with an emailed receipt): 4% fee.
We never accept checks.
You can give us access with a lockbox, smart lock code, a neighbor or property manager who lets us in, or remote unlock.
If no one can let us in within 35 minutes of arrival, the visit counts as a cancellation and the 20% deposit is kept.
For your final walk-through, we can do a quick video call—FaceTime, WhatsApp or Google Meet, whatever works on your phone.
If you decide to remove an item from your order after booking, the package price stays the same.
If an item arrives after your setup day(s), or arrives damaged from shipping, finishing it is a new visit, booked with a new 20% deposit at the listed price.

🧰 PLEASE CHECK YOUR SCOPE BEFORE BOOKING
We don't do painting or murals, wallpaper, wired light fixtures, ceiling fans, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, hot tubs, pinball, or cabinet knobs or handles. We hang plug-in or wireless sconces.
Buying furniture, cleaning, laundry and putting dishes away are not included.
