🤎Empathy: Even if you just need someone to talk to, a shoulder to lean on or a sounding board, I'm your guy. If you want advice, I can give you objective advice, or just quietly listen if that's what you need.
💪Personal Trainer: If you can host a workout partner (either your home or your gym), then I will bring the motivation! I can give non-professional workout and nutritional advice.
