Reflect Window Cleaning is looking for a dependable, hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing local business. Our primary work consists of residential and commercial window cleaning, with additional services including solar panel cleaning, and seasonal Christmas light installation.
This is a part-time position working two consistent weekdays per week. You can choose which two weekdays work best for your schedule when hired. Once established, those will become your regular scheduled workdays each week. For example, if you choose Monday and Tuesday, you will generally work Monday and Tuesday each week. Additional hours and days may become available as the business grows.
What You'll Do
-Clean interior and exterior windows at residential and commercial properties
-Use traditional window-cleaning tools and water-fed pole equipment
-Safely use extension ladders and other professional equipment
-Travel between customer locations throughout the workday
-Protect customers' homes, businesses and property while working
-Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results
-Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
-Work alongside the owner and then independently once training is complete
What We're Looking For
Previous professional window-cleaning experience is preferred, although we are willing to train the right person.
Applicants should:
-Be dependable, punctual and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
-Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Be comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather
-Be comfortable working on ladders and at heights
-Have strong attention to detail
-Be able to work independently
-Communicate professionally with customers
-Have a working cell phone
-Be willing to undergo a background check
Physical Requirements
This is an active outdoor position. Applicants must be able to:
-Stand and walk for extended periods
-Regularly bend, reach, squat and kneel
-Perform repetitive movements with hands and arms
-Work with arms overhead
-Lift and carry up to approximately 50–60 lbs.
-Carry, set up and safely climb extension ladders
Schedule
Two consistent weekdays per week.
You will have the opportunity to select the two weekdays that work best for you when hired. Once selected, those days will become your regular weekly schedule so that customer appointments can be scheduled accordingly.
Typical shifts may be 8–10 hours depending on the day's scheduled work.
No mandatory nights or weekends.

Pay
$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
Applicants with professional window-cleaning experience who can perform work efficiently with minimal training may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
Additional earning opportunities may become available based on performance and company growth.
