An Arizona-licensed Alternative Business Structure (ABS), is seeking an experienced Arizona attorney for a very part-time, non-equity compliance role.
Responsibilities include reviewing firm policies and procedures, providing guidance on ethics and regulatory requirements, and fulfilling the responsibilities of the firm’s designated ABS compliance lawyer.
Qualifications:
* Active Arizona law license in good standing.
* Strong knowledge of Arizona professional responsibility rules.
* ABS compliance experience preferred.
* Personal injury experience helpful.
* Responsive and available for periodic reviews and questions.
Limited anticipated hours with a flexible schedule. Actual time commitment will reflect the firm’s compliance needs. This may suit a solo practitioner or an attorney reducing their workload.
Compensation: $500-$750/month
