Join the Shamrock Foods Meat Processing Team! We're hiring Meat Packers to support our ground beef production operations. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for long-term career opportunities.
What You'll Do
✅ Palletize finished product according to specifications
✅ Count and record finished cases accurately
✅ Label and prepare products for shipment
✅ Separate and track rework product
✅ Assist with box making, casing, labeling, stacking, and weighing
✅ Support equipment setup and breakdown
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work area
✅ Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred
✔ Electric pallet jack or forklift experience preferred
✔ Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
💪 Regularly lift and move up to 100 lbs.
💪 Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
❄ Work in a refrigerated meat processing environment
